Prerequisite

Completion of a college level math course within the last 5 years (unless the student has a bachelor’s degree), PT 121 Introduction to Pharmacy and Pharmacy Law, PT 120 Pharmacology Part 1, and PT 126 Community Practice courses with a B or above in all courses.
