Prerequisite
At least 17 ½ years of age at the onset of the program
Able to lift 50 pounds as indicated by industry standards
Able to speak, read, write and understand the English language High school diploma or GED
Meet the requirements of admission to the college Completion of the following immunizations:
MMR (2 if born after 1957)
DPT (current in the last 10 years)
Hepatitis B (series of 3)
PPD (two step series) or chest x-ray results if positive Varicella titer
Completion of the following:
PR certification for healthcare workers
Completion of background screen for no "crimes against people»
