SURG 120 Care of the Surgical Patient I
Covers patient vitals and diagnostics; methods of patient identification, transfer, transport and positioning of surgical patients; theories of skin prep and draping; case planning and intraoperative routines.
Prerequisite
Successful completion of CMST& 220 or ENGL& 101(only through Spring 2025),
CAH 102, and BIOL& 241 with a minimum grade of B (3.0). Successful completion of
COLL 102 with a minimum grade of C (2.0).
