Diversity Support at CPTC

Clover Park Technical College is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every student feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed. Grounded in the college’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategic priorities, CPTC strives to cultivate a campus culture that promotes belonging, encourages meaningful engagement, and ensures that all students have access to the resources and opportunities necessary to achieve their academic and personal goals. By actively working to remove barriers, address inequities, and support diverse identities and experiences, CPTC affirms its dedication to student success and holistic well-being.

The Diversity Support network at CPTC reflects this commitment by providing a range of services and spaces designed to meet the varied needs of its student community. Through centers and programs such as Disability Services, the Veterans Resource Center, the Male Engagement Center, the MOSAIC Center, and the Peer Mentoring Center, students are connected to resources that promote access, engagement, and achievement. These programs work collaboratively to build community, enhance persistence, and ensure that all students—particularly those from historically underserved or marginalized groups—have the support needed to thrive academically and beyond.
