HAC 240 Mastery of Employability Skills
This capstone course prepares students for successful career launch and long-term advancement in the HVAC/R industry. Building on foundational soft skills (Quarter 2) and leadership competencies (Quarter 3), students master advanced employability skills including job search strategies, professional networking, career planning, and workplace success. The course culminates in a comprehensive employability portfolio demonstrating career readiness.
