CPW 340 Computer Architecture
This one-quarter, junior-level course provides a comprehensive exploration of the fundamental principles of computer architecture, with an emphasis on building a practical understanding of the classic Von Neumann architecture through a modern Reduced Instruction Set Computing (RISC) approach. The course is designed to transition students from programming high-level languages to understanding the underlying hardware that executes their code.
