Continues the exploration of drug action mechanisms, the routes of administration, and the effects on body systems. Emphasis is placed on the uses, effects and side effects of the major drug classes.
Prerequisite
Completion of PT 121 Introduction to Pharmacy and Pharmacy Law, PT 120 Pharmacology Part 1, PT 122 Generic Drug Names Part 1, and PT 137 Community Practice with lab courses with a C or above in all courses.
